Synopsis
Victorian Psycho is a gothic psychological horror-thriller set in 1858, where civility and madness collide within the walls of a remote estate.
Winifred Notty, a young and eccentric governess, arrives at the isolated Ensor House to take on the role of educating its children, and tasked with teaching etiquette and family history, she quickly integrates herself into the rigid structure of the household.
But beneath her composed exterior lies something far more disturbing, so as Winifred settles into her role, members of the household staff begin to vanish without explanation, and what initially appears to be coincidence slowly gives way to suspicion, as the eerie atmosphere of the manor intensifies.
The estate’s owners begin to question whether their new governess is truly what she seems, and as tensions rise and disappearances mount, Ensor House transforms into a suffocating prison of paranoia, secrets, and quiet horror - where the greatest threat may already be living under their roof.
