Synopsis

The Remedy is a supernatural psychological horror film that explores grief, obsession, and the dangerous consequences of tampering with forces beyond understanding.

Jason, a devoted but exhausted son, cares for his terminally ill mother, Maria, in a state of increasing isolation and emotional strain, and sleep-deprived and overwhelmed, he begins experiencing vivid nightmares of a monstrous entity consuming his mother - visions that feel disturbingly real.

At the same time, Jason’s estranged sister Rachel returns home after being released from psychiatric care. Convinced that a malevolent presence has taken root within the house, she turns to forbidden spiritual practices in an attempt to protect their family.
