Synopsis
Set in the neon-lit fitness clubs of Los Angeles, Slashercise follows a masked killer known only as Meathead, who begins targeting the city's most popular trainers and aerobics instructors, and what starts as a series of shocking murders soon transforms workout sessions into deadly nightmares as bodies begin piling up across gyms and fitness studios.
As the city's fitness elite are picked off one by one, a determined group of workout enthusiasts realizes they may be the only people capable of stopping the killer, so armed with little more than their athletic skills, determination, and survival instincts, they must fight back before becoming Meathead's next victims.

About Slashercise
Described as a "blood-soaked love letter to 1980s workout videos and slasher movies," the film embraces the aesthetics of classic VHS-era horror while parodying and celebrating the fitness craze that dominated pop culture throughout the decade.
Part slasher film and part aerobics fever dream, Slashercise combines synth-heavy music, colorful retro visuals, practical special effects, and intentionally outrageous horror set pieces.
The project draws inspiration from cult genre oddities such as Linnea Quigley's Horror Workout while maintaining the structure of a traditional slasher movie.
The film was created specifically for horror fans who appreciate practical gore, nostalgic genre filmmaking, and campy horror entertainment.
