Synopsis
Serving as the sequel to the 2023 cult favorite Frogman, the film returns to the world of amateur investigations, strange creatures, and chaotic supernatural encounters, while expanding the story into a bigger and more ambitious monster adventure, where two years after filmmaker Dallas Kyle captured undeniable footage of the mysterious Frogman creature, his life has completely changed.
The discovery made him infamous, destroying friendships and leaving him traumatised, but it also turned him into a small-time internet celebrity, and now hosting a reality series called Chasing Cryptids, Dallas travels the country searching for strange creatures alongside his ambitious production team.
There he reunites with Amy, another survivor of the original Frogman encounter, but unlike Dallas, Amy has become consumed by the need to find and destroy the creature, haunted by the strange phantom croaks that continue echoing inside her mind, so together, Dallas, Amy, and the new documentary crew uncover a terrifying local group known as the Children of Frogman and discover that the creature they feared may be part of something far larger.

Release Date
Frogman Returns continued its festival run following screenings at the Unnamed Footage Festival and Panic Fest in early 2026, and the film will receive its UK Premiere on August 30, 2026 as part of the Tubi FrightFest London 2026 lineup, before officially announcing a streaming release date.
