Last week the upcoming Japanese horror manga Sayuri got a brand new trailer and posted released which you can watch and see below. The film releases on August 23rd, 2024 in Japan. No word yet on any streaming release dates, but this is one I am looking forward to watching.

Last month, it was revealed that Rensuke Oshikiri, the creator of Hi Score Girl, would be adapting his horror manga Sayuri into a live-action film. And above you can see the poster reveal, as well as a teaser trailer below.
Ryoka Minamide was previously confirmed to play the role of Norio Kamiki, the central character of the story. Joining him to complete the family are Zen Kajihara, Fusako Urabe, Kokoro Morita, Ray Inomata, Kitaro, and Toshie Negishi.
Directed by Koji Shiraishi, known for the 2016 film Sadako vs. Kayako, Sayuri tells the tale of a family encountering some spooky occurrences in their new home. The film is slated for a summer 2024 release.
