Synopsis
Popeye Returns picks up where Popeye’s Revenge left off, bringing back the murderous sailor with a vengeance. Captured by a ruthless military task force, Popeye is injected with a super-soldier serum, enhancing him beyond human limits.
Now stronger, smarter, and more furious than ever, Popeye breaks free and sets his sights on a nearby summer camp. Anyone who crosses his path faces his unstoppable wrath, turning a once-innocent retreat into a blood-soaked nightmare.

Directed by William Stead, who helmed Popeye’s Revenge, the sequel continues the British indie slasher saga based on Popeye’s public domain status, and the screenplay is written by John Oak Dalton.
ITN Distribution, the same company behind the predecessor and the Winnie-the-Pooh: Blood and Honey series, will release the film.
