Perumahan Laddaland follows a family who move into an upscale housing estate in search of a better life and a fresh start, and at first, the neighborhood appears to offer everything they have dreamed of - security, prosperity, and a peaceful environment for their children.
However, their new beginning quickly turns into a nightmare when strange incidents begin occurring throughout the estate, where mysterious apparitions, unexplained deaths, and disturbing supernatural phenomena gradually transform the once-idyllic residential community into a place of terror.

About Perumahan Laddaland
Perumahan Laddaland is a Indonesian horror film directed by Awi Suryadi and adapted from the Thai horror hit Ladda Land, originally released in 2011.

The screenplay is written by Lele Laila, who worked alongside Awi to create a version that preserves the core horror while incorporating themes and cultural elements more familiar to Indonesian viewers.
